This website is operated by VARDEN. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VARDEN. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

02 PRODUCT ACCURACY

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our garments as accurately as possible. However, due to the artisanal nature of our vintage washes (Graphite, Flint, Onyx), slight variations are expected and considered a mark of quality rather than a defect.

03 MODIFICATIONS TO PRICE & SERVICE

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part of the Service) without notice.

04 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of VARDEN and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our "VARDEN" branding or design assets is strictly prohibited.

05 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VARDEN shall not be liable for any lost profits, or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our products or this agreement. Use of our apparel is at the user's discretion.

06 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan.
